We were taking our time headed north because there was still A LOT OF SNOW in the areas we planned on going.
It worked out good though. Rather than just drive through an area or just spend a day or 2 we were spending a week or more in many areas. It was nice.
Carson City was a nice surprise. It seemed, at 1st glance, that is was just a place to drive through when in fact it had a very nice downtown area.
The view from the RV park wasn’t too bad either. Snow capped mountains!
We spent a day and drove to Lake Tahoe…or as close as we could get.
Some of the roads were still closed. And the snow kept getting deeper & deeper along the sides as we drove up there.
It WAS beautiful!
Downtown Carson City was very nice.
